Keith's verdict: the quality of the chocolate and the size of the strawberries are the real strength here — the simpler preparations shine, while the heavily loaded sundae variety crossed into too-sweet territory. The visit ended with the owner surprising Keith's wife with a custom gift order, prompting him to close with: "Kindness costs nothing, but we forget how expensive humility is."
